Live in Nanny? Empty Live in Nanny?

We are Looking for Live in Nanny, to look after our new born girl. Need an English woman, with experience in taking care of infants. We live in Belarus and would offer a future Nanny to move in there, to live with us in the house. Can anyone suggest a right person. We Will be very grateful.
