Some pieces of advice before the departure
Here are some pieces of advice I can give you.
-Don't wait for the last minute to make your shots and check-up. You may need some weeks to recover after a vaccination.
-Ask your family the name of their doctor.
-Take information about health insurance : health can be very expensive abroad.
-Take the name and phone number of your doctor : it will be easier to speak with someone who knows you and who you know.

Some pieces of advice before the departure
Prevention is better than cure. Always use precautions to remain away from diseases. As you recovered from a disease, take medicine for some time. It will make your immune strong.
