That would be great
Today was a good day, i worked 2 hours and i'm at my third gin-tonic (made by ian : double-dose of gin)....

Re: Mood of the day of Nannies & Au Pairs World
Hi there,
I'm feel good! I feel beautiful and fulfilled Just collected sparkling new glasses after working on my laptop all afternoon... I feel like singing "I can see clearly now the rain is gone..." (even though I got totally soaked on my way home)
Besides, I showed my bad side to a girl I'm looking after. She was really mean to her little brother shouting at him just because he was singing the same song all the time. First, I tried to explain to her that she could ask him politely to stop singing but she wouldn't listen to me and started shouting at me that I had been shouting at her. Crazy, isn't it? So I simply ignored her and helped her brother with a homework and after I took him in a shower. She started crying really loud but I just ignored her until I finished with a boy. Then I told her that I love her but I don't like her behaviour so she was crying even louder. At last it turned out that she was crying because she was afraid that a) I don't like her any more, b) I'm not going to give her a chocolate Christmas calendar c) I would tell her mummy and mummy would cancel her bday party. Anyway I think she is in pre-adolescent stage so she's getting really moody, irritable etc. Oh my goodness! Anyway, I managed to calm her down and explain that I only disapprove her behaviour, not her as a person. Plus I gave her the calendar and I didn't tell her mum... I think I'm too nice!
Btw, it turned out that mum bought the same Christmas calendar with Bratz lol

Hi Ursulla
I wonder...how old is the girl you look after? She sounds really irritable, does it often happen?
Had a busy but nice week-end...
Hope you're all right,
xxx

Re: Mood of the day of Nannies & Au Pairs World
She's 7 years old. My friend suggested that my little girl is entering pre-adolescent stage so she might be quite irritable and moody as some women are when they're expecting their periods. I'm actually suprised that she could start so early but she actually seemed quite mature for her age so it seems possible.
